Denture Overbar
The denture with overbar combines the high functionality and stability of an implant with the removability of a traditional full denture. This is typically a full-arch solution that is attached to a bar implanted in the edentulous ridge. This solution can use as few as four implants per arch and increases stabilization by distributing occlusal impact across the entire ridge. The removability of the denture allows for easy accessibility for cleaning and repairs, while the implant bar provides a higher degree of retention and function than a traditional prosthesis. This restorative option can be implemented the same day as surgery.
